Goldilocks and the Three Bears - Pantomime

I was asked to take on lead design by the director, Dan Ingram-Brown. We had a couple of meetings as a costume team, production team and 1to1. Where we went through the processes from script breakdowns and brainstorming, research and Moodboards, rough sketches and developments then final designs.

I ended up taking on a lead wardrobe role, sourcing and making the costumes.
The making process proved to be difficult as the costume team seemed to grow smaller and smaller but I created to do lists and plans of actions for each week to ensure we got everything done. Because this was an amateur theatre production the budget was relatively small, therefor a lot of costumes were made from existing stock and charity shop finds, and a lot of problem solving crafts.
I conducted measurements, fittings and tech runs. I took charge of costume preset and had a helper to monitor costume maintenance with me.
And I volunteered to be the backstage dresser, mostly focussing on the dames quick changes.
